Standard Fees for Cancellation

$500 administrative fee for cancellation of a confirmed date beyond thirty days; $1700 for cancellation notice received within fourteen to thirty days prior to scheduled date; $1900 for cancellation notice received within fourteen days prior to scheduled date. The fee for cancellation of a hearing set pursuant to s. 49 of the Labour Relations Act is $500. The hearing day fee is $3,300.
