Standard Fees for Cancellation
A file fee of $300 for cancellation before a hearing date is scheduled; notification of cancellation received one month or more prior to hearing $500; two weeks to one month prior to hearing $900; one week to two weeks prior to hearing $1200; less than one week prior to the hearing $1500; no charge if date is used for another hearing; for cancellation of expedited arbitration hearing (s.49, OLRA) where date is scheduled by the Ministry and is less than three weeks prior to the hearing $600.
