Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge before a hearing is scheduled; $250 one month or more prior to hearing; $350 three weeks to one month prior to hearing; $600 two to three weeks prior to hearing; $1,200 less than two weeks prior to hearing; $100 if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $300 (more than three days prior to hearing) or $400 (less than three days prior to hearing) on cancellation of expedited arbitration (section 49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
