Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge before a hearing is scheduled; $175 one month or more prior to hearing; $1,100 less than 30 days prior to hearing; $200 if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $450 on cancellation of expedited arbitration (section 49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
