Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge one month or more prior to hearing; $450 two to four weeks prior to hearing; $700 less than two weeks prior to hearing; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $250 on cancellation of expedited arbitration (section 49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
