(a) Notification received at least one month prior to hearing/mediation, $500 Administration fee; (b) Notification received between one month and day prior to hearing/mediation, $1,600; (c) Under section 49 of the Labour Relations Act where the matter is scheduled and cancelled within three weeks of hearing/mediation, $600. * If the date of cancelled hearing/mediation is used by the parties for another case, there will be no cancellation charges.
