Standard Fees for Cancellation

If notification received two weeks or more prior to hearing date, no charge; if notification received less than two weeks but more than two business days prior to hearing date, $1,200; if notification received two business days or less prior to hearing date, $1,500; if date of cancelled hearing is used for another arbitration hearing, no charge.
