Charged for time spent on file if notification is received before a hearing is scheduled, if notification is received one month or more prior to hearing date, or if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $750 per day booked if notification is received 2-4 weeks prior to hearing date; $1,000 per day booked if notification is received 1-2 weeks prior to hearing date; full fee for first day and $1,250 per day for other days booked if notification is received less than 1 week prior to hearing date.
