Standard Fees for Cancellation

$0-500 if notification is received before a hearing is scheduled (the fee will depend on whether any work on scheduling has occurred); $750/day if notification is received one month or more prior to hearing date; $1250/day if notification is received 1-4 weeks prior to hearing date; $1500/day if notification is received less than 1 week prior to hearing date.
