Standard Fees for Cancellation

$3,000 for each day of hearing; $500 file fee for cancelled hearings; $3,000 cancellation fee for each date cancelled with less than one week's notice; $1,500 cancellation fee for each date cancelled with less than four weeks' but more than one week's notice (not applicable to s.49 hearings).

Currently a part-time Member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO, since January 2015). Part-time Member of the Public Service Grievance Board (PSGB), 1994-1998 and the Human Rights Board of Inquiry, 1994-1998; a member of the HRTO Advisory Practice Committee; and the Law Society of Upper Canada's representative on the Ontario Judicial Council.

Associations

Member of the Ontario Labour Management Arbitrators' Association (OLMAA) and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers (CABL). Also the previous Board Chair of the Equality Effect (a legal charitable organization that has litigated on behalf of women and children).
