Dr. Greg A. Chung-Yan

Dr. Greg A. Chung-Yan is an Associate Professor in the Applied Social Psychology Program at the University of Windsor. His research looks at the impact of workplace person-environment fit on health and well-being. Some of his research topics include work stress and coping, adapting to different job demands and characteristics, worker proactivity and autonomy, work conflict, and bias and fairness in employee appraisals. Greg is also the Research Director of the Occupational Health and Well-Being Research Group. His research has been published in such journals as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.

Greg holds a B.A. in Psychology from York University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
