Sebastien Anderson

Sebastien Anderson is the principal of the Labour Rights Law Office – a virtual law firm practising primarily in the fields of labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law, as well as civil litigation. The Labour Rights Law Office received the 2017 Innovative Workplace Award from the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.

Sebastien has acted as counsel on a broad range of issues before arbitration boards, labour relations boards, provincial civil and superior courts, the appellate courts in both Alberta and British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as a variety of administrative tribunals in the public sector (both federally and provincially), the private sector and the construction industry in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

Sebastien is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta, prior to which he studied labour relations at Athabasca University and the Labour College of Canada. He has been called to the Bar in both British Columbia (2002) and Alberta (2004).
