Paula Butler

Paula Butler is an Arbitrator/Mediator and has practiced labour and employment law in British Columbia for more than fifteen years. Her experience spans the public and private sectors in both union and non-union environments. She has extensive experience resolving a wide range of labour and employment law issues in the workplace. She is named as an arbitrator and in other dispute resolution capacities in various collective agreements, and she has acted as a mediator in wrongful dismissal actions and in other workplace disputes. Paula has extensive experience with human rights and personal harassment investigations, as well as with the development of respectful workplace policies. She is also a former member of the B.C. Labour Relations Board.

Paula holds an LL.B. from the University of Victoria. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990.
