Margaret Tebbutt is a Senior Consultant, Workplace Initiatives and Trainer at Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division, frequently presenting at conferences on strategic approaches to psychological health and safety in the workplace. She also delivers workshops to help managers and union leaders develop the knowledge and skills to more effectively deal with mental health issues.
Margaret was a Senior Consultant to CMHA from 2005 to 2013 on workplace initiatives such as Mental Health Works training, workplace-based integrated health screening and the national Bottom Line Conferences. Prior to 2005, she held positions such as Senior Advisor, Executive Development for the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business; Director, Client Service Delivery with Western Economic Diversification Canada; and in Canada's foreign service at embassies abroad.
Margaret holds an M.A. from the University of Montpellier (France). She has also completed executive training through the National Defence College, the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business, and the Canadian Centre for Executive Development.
