Michelle Westgeest practices at Chivers Carpenter Lawyers where she represents unions and individual clients in labour, employment, and human rights matters. Michelle has appeared before various boards and tribunals and the Alberta courts. She has made presentations on a number of topics including privacy in the workplace, family status discrimination, and random drug and alcohol testing, and is also a member of the executive of the Labour and Employment subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
Michelle holds a B.Ed. and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta.
