Chantal Fraser

Chantal Fraser is the Human Resources Leader and Storyteller at Empowered Path Inc. She helps organizations become more inclusive by advising how they can attract, hire, and retain people from under-represented groups. Chantal developed and delivers "Recruiting Indigenous peoples" and "Retention of Indigenous Employees" training for Indigenous Link clients (ex. CBC/Radio-Canada, Telus, Bell Canada, Scotiabank) in English and French. In addition, she leverages her experience as a retired Canadian Armed Forces Lieutenant-Colonel to coach individuals going through career transitions and offers personalized business coaching. Chantal also serves in a leadership role as the Chair of the Quinte & District Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) Chapter, as the President for the Trenton & District Business and Professional Women's (BPW) Club and as the Communications Director for Aboriginal Veterans Autochthones (AVA).

Chantal holds a CEGEP Déclarât in Science and Engineering, a B.A. in Business Administration from le Collège Militaire Royale du Canada, and an M.B.A. from the Royal Military College of Canada.
