Darcy Santor

Darcy Santor is a practicing clinical psychologist and a professor of Psychology at the University of Ottawa. He has worked with employees, managers, and executives for the past 20 years through workshops and one-on-one treatment to improve how they deal with stress, conflict, and mental health difficulties at work. Prior to joining the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa, Darcy was a faculty member at Dalhousie University. He trains doctoral students and psychological interns and leads a number of research projects on mental health, focusing on treatment and mental health both at work and in schools.

Darcy holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from McGill University (1995) and his clinical training was completed at the Clark Institute (now Centre for Addictions and Mental Health) in Toronto.
