Chris Davidson

Chris Davidson is a Senior Program Lawyer and Researcher at Lancaster House, where he develops professional education programs and publications for human resources professionals, lawyers, and union representatives. He is co-editor of a 10-volume series on the law of the unionized workplace in Canada (Lancaster's Collective Bargaining Series) and has experience practising labour and employment law as an associate at a Toronto labour law firm and as a community legal clinic lawyer. Chris maintains an active program of research, writing, and teaching, which has recently involved co-authoring a paper on transnational labour rights litigation for the ILERA World Congress, providing an update on the same issue at the ILERA Regional Congress for the Americas, and lecturing on international labour law and international relations at the University of Toronto.

Chris holds a B.A. (Hons.) in English Language and Literature and a J.D. from Queen's University and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
