Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge before a hearing is scheduled, if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing, or if notification is received one month or more prior to hearing date; $500 per scheduled day if notification is received between 2 and 4 weeks prior to hearing date; $1,000 per scheduled day if notification is received 10 business days or less prior to hearing date.
