Natasha Jategaonkar is a Partner at the Vancouver office of Mathews, Dinsdale & Clark LLP. She advises employers on matters related to human rights, accommodation requests, wrongful dismissal claims, collective bargaining, occupational health and safety matters, and other matters related to workplace law. Natasha also regularly conducts workplace investigations related to allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment, and other issues. Before joining the firm in 2014, Natasha graduated from UBC Law and completed a clerkship at the BC Supreme Court. Before entering law school, Natasha completed graduate studies in community health and epidemiology and had a prior career as an epidemiologist and researcher. She continues to apply this experience when assisting clients with related issues.
