Erin Delaney

Erin Delaney is a Staff Relations Specialist with the Collective Bargaining Division of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. In that role, she represents the government in labour arbitrations and mediations and acts as a Chief Negotiator in collective bargaining with various employee groups. She also advises on all areas of labour law, including disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, and disability management.

Prior to moving to Newfoundland, Erin worked as a government lawyer in Northern Canada, practising primarily labour and employment law. Erin has also worked in professional regulation and is a former Review Commissioner with the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. She has appeared at multiple levels of court and before a variety of administrative panels.

Erin holds a B.A. from Saint Mary's University in and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2006, the Northwest Territories Bar in 2007, the Alberta Bar in 2012, and the Newfoundland and Labrador in 2018.
