They participate in processes to accommodate workers with mental health conditions or to compensate workers who have experienced traumatic events. This approach is now widely recognized as inadequate. This program is designed provide participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to adopt a proactive approach to mental health and to implement or improve their workplace psychological health and safety system. \nParticipants will leave this workshop ready to \n\nIdentify the 13 factors can affect mental health at work\nAssess psychosocial hazards in the workplace\nImplement control measures to minimize workplace threats to mental health\nPromote a workplace culture that is supportive of worker psychological health and safety\n\nCPD\n\n\nThis program has been approved by CPHR Alberta for 5.5 Continuing Professional Development hours.\n\n\nThis program has been approved by CPHR BC & Yukon  for 5.5 Continuing Professional Development hours.\n\n\n \n\nThis program has been approved by the Law Society of British Colombia for 5.5 Continuing Professional Development hours.\nThis program has been approved by the Law Society of Saskatchewan for 5.5 Continuing Professional Development hours.
