Cathy Collins

Cathy Collins is the principle administrator of Nalcor's Disability Management Program, where she is directly responsible for the development, implementation and administration of both occupational and non-occupational return to work management processes. Cathy is also responsible for a broad range of Corporate Occupational Health and Safety programs aimed at positively influencing the health and well-being of Nalcor Energy employees through Occupational Health and Medical Consultation, Occupational Illness/Injury Prevention, Industrial Hygiene and Employee Health and Wellness.

Cathy is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland & Labrador Occupational Health & Safety Association and is also currently an active member of the Occupational Health Nurse Association, where she has held a number of executive positions since 1992.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Memorial University and certification in Occupational Health Nursing from the Canadian Nurses Foundation. She also maintains her designation as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP).
