Colleen Butler

Colleen Butler currently manages the Human Resources, Employee & Labour Relations and Occupational Health and Safety divisions for the City of Mount Pearl, and is also a Board Member for the Municipal Safety Sector. She has over two decades of experience in a variety of matters within the public sector and has been involved in the development and implementation of many health and safety initiatives for employees and their families. Prior to joining the City, Colleen led the Advisory Services team for Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Colleen holds a B.Comm. from Memorial University, and has a CHRP designation.
