Standard Fees for Cancellation
$400 if notification received less than four weeks prior to hearing date; $800 if notification received less than two weeks prior to hearing date; $200 if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $400 for other basis (s.49, expedited arbitration) for cancellation fees.
