About us

The Centre for Labour Relations Training & Development provides practical, competency-based education to Canadians working in labour relations. The Centre’s programs bring together union representatives, management professionals, and neutrals to learn from Canada’s foremost labour relations practitioners and scholars. The emphasis is on the development of practical skills and knowledge that people working in labour relations need to excel in their jobs and to create fair and efficient workplaces.
