$2,000 if notification is received thirty days or less in advance of the hearing; $1,000 if cancellation of an initial hearing date is established through the Office of Arbitration pursuant to section 49 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995; Where more than 30 days’ notice is provided OR where a cancelled hearing date is used for another arbitration OR where cancellation occurs prior to a date being scheduled, the maximum charge will be a $500 administrative fee.
