Standard Fees for Cancellation
No charge if notice given more than 31 days prior to hearing; $800 between 22 and 30 days prior to hearing; $900 between 15 and 21 days prior to hearing; $1,100 between 8 and 14 days prior to hearing; $1,200 less than 7 days prior to hearing; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $500 on cancellation of expedited arbitration (s.49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
