Standard Fees for Cancellation
No charge before a hearing is scheduled; no charge for one month or more prior to hearing; $200 for three weeks or more prior to hearing; $200 for two weeks or more prior to hearing; 30% of time booked for one week or more prior to hearing; 10% per day of time booked for less than one week prior to hearing; $200 for date of cancelled hearing if used for another hearing; 100% if cancelled on day or day before.
