Standard Fees for Cancellation
Full fee schedule may be found at website. For cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to hearing date a fee of 35% will be charged. For cancellations 14 or fewer days prior to the hearing date, a fee of 50% will be charged. A flat fee of $1,500 will be charged for cancellation of the first date of a section 49 proceeding.
