Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge if notification received before a hearing is scheduled; $200 if notification received 1 month or more prior to hearing date; $900 if notification received 15 days-1 month prior to hearing date; $1,200 if notification received 14 days or less prior to hearing date; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $500 on cancellation of expedited arbitration (s.49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
