Standard Fees for Cancellation

No charge for cancellation where matter is not scheduled; if notification is received more than 2 weeks in advance, $600 for the first day and $300 per day thereafter; if notification is received between 2 days and 2 weeks, $1,000 for the first day and $600 per day thereafter; if less than 2 days’ notification is received, $1,500 for the first day and $600 per day thereafter; where matter of any length is immediately adjourned to future dates, the cancellation fee for adjournment will be limited to the rate for the first day. Special rates according to standard tariff for arbitrations in Nova Scotia health care sector.
