Standard Fees for Cancellation

$500 administrative fee if notice is received more than 20 working days prior to the hearing date; additional 1/3 charge ($1100 per day) if notified 20 to 5 working days prior to the hearing date; if hearing is cancelled within 5 working days of the hearing date, full charge for first scheduled day, plus $1100 for each remaining cancelled hearing day (cancellation fees for hearings of four days or longer are negotiable at the time the dates are set); no fee for any day on which another arbitration or mediation can be scheduled.
