Standard Fees for Cancellation
No charge before a hearing is scheduled; no charge three weeks or more prior to hearing; $750 less than two weeks prior to hearing; $1,000 less than one week prior to hearing; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $1,500 on cancellation of expedited arbitration.
