Standard Fees for Cancellation
If notification is received 10 days before a hearing is scheduled, $295 per cancelled day; If notification is received less than 10 days before a hearing is scheduled, $900 for day one, $495 for day 2+, plus set up fee per cancelled day. No charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing.
