$750 per hearing day when the hearing is cancelled more than one week prior to the first day of the hearing; $1,500 for the first hearing day and $750 for each hearing day thereafter when the hearing is cancelled less than one week prior to the first hearing day. $0 if notification is received before a hearing is scheduled, or if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing.
