Standard Fees for Cancellation

Cancellation fees will not be charged for days on which another proceeding can be scheduled. No cancellation fee will be charged if notice is given more than thirty days in advance of the hearing day. A $500.00 fee for each day scheduled will be charged when cancellation notice is received less than thirty days before the hearing. A $1,500.00 fee for each day scheduled will be charged when cancellation notice is received less than ten business days before the hearing. Normal hearing day fees will apply for all days booked if cancellation is after the confirmed start of hearings.
