Alissa Perry provides strategic labour relations advice to B.C. public school districts, and contributes expertise on a wide range of initiatives including provincial bargaining and litigation.
Prior to joining BC Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA), Alissa acted as employer counsel at arbitrations and other hearings, provided strategic negotiation and grievance management advice, developed and delivered training, and managed employment investigations. She provided labour relations and human resources services with a similar employers’ organization in healthcare, and a large private organization in Calgary.
