Amber Prince, BA. (SFU), LL.B. (UBC), LL.M. (UVic), has been a member of the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal since 2021. From 2006 to 2020, she ran a legal advocacy program for women at a non-profit organization in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood. She was also an adjunct professor at the Allard School of Law from 2014 to 2020. She is a member of the Sucker Creek First Nation but grew up on the traditional territory of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation, in Prince George.
