Catherine Fan maintains a broad practice that includes grievance arbitration, judicial reviews, labour injunctions, as well as civil and constitutional litigation. In her employment practice, she regularly advises and acts for employees on issues relating to wrongful dismissal, human rights, workplace investigations, and other issues.
Catherine is an active member of the community. She serves on the board of directors for IAVGO Community Legal Clinic and is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she teaches Legal Research & Writing.
