Dal Benning has been a member of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) since 2001 and currently serves as president of CUPE Local 718 and a general vice-president of CUPE B.C. Dal has advocated for worker’s rights, negotiated collective agreements, workplace accommodations, and advanced human rights work.
