Dana Campbell-Stevens is a founding partner at Rubin & Co. LLP. She is called to the Bars of Ontario, Anguilla, and Jamaica and she is a qualified mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada. Dana’s expertise is in conducting racial discrimination workplace investigations and organizational systemic reviews across Canada, particularly matters involving highly complex systemic and intersecting discrimination issues. In addition, Dana also leads the firm’s workplace restoration and conflict resolution practice in which she assists clients with navigating complex workplace conflicts. Prior to co-founding Rubin & Co, Dana was a partner at a nationally recognized workplace investigations firm.
