David Myrol, K.C., is a former Canadian lawyer and nationally recognized leader in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) law. After a distinguished career spanning decades – including roles as Alberta’s first designated OHS Crown Prosecutor, senior law partner at McLennan Ross LLP, and one of Canada’s first full-time OHS Defence Lawyer — David transitioned fully into business leadership. He is now the board chair for LBI Capital Group, and CEO of National Safety Services Inc., a Canadian company pioneering AI-driven solutions in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance.
