Dina Mashayekhi is a partner with Jewitt McLuckie & Associates LLP. She joined the firm in 2007 after having worked at another local union-side firm. Dina’s labour practice includes representing a wide range of municipal public sector workers, including paramedics, transit workers, long-term care workers, and other unionized employees. She advises unions and workers in all areas of labour, employment, human rights, and disability laws within the federal and provincial jurisdictions and regularly appears before labour arbitrators, tribunals, and courts.
Dina holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Hons.) from Western University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
