Eric Ito is a labour and employment lawyer and partner at Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito LLP. Eric advises employers in federally and provincially regulated industries on a wide range of matters including human rights, collective agreement administration, terminations, and workplace safety.

Eric has diverse labour and employment litigation experience that includes grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour and civil injunctions, and claims for breach of fiduciary duties.

Eric regularly appears at the Supreme Court of B.C. and the B.C. Court of Appeal, as well as administrative hearings before the B.C. Labour Relations Board and the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. He also co-teaches Labour Law at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law.

Eric obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto and holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
