Evon Gayle advises public and private sector employers on a broad range of human resources and workplace issues including human rights and accommodations, employment contracts and policies, disciplinary actions and terminations, wrongful dismissal, workers’ compensation, employment standards claims, and grievance arbitrations. He regularly defends complaints in legal proceedings before human rights tribunals, courts, labour boards, workers’ compensation tribunals, and arbitrators. Evon formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Bar Association and currently serves as a trustee for the OBA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Ontario Bar Association.
