François Paltrinieri is employer counsel within the Centre of Labour and Employment Law (CLEL), of the Treasury Board Legal Services group in the Federal Public Service. His practice focuses on advisory services provided to various government departments and agencies. François has extensive experience within the public service, having served as legal counsel, HR executive, and as a negotiator in collective bargaining, a role he still performs on occasion.
