Gillian Lush is a lawyer and consultant at HR Atlantic in Prince Edward Island. Gillian advises both unionized and non-unionized employers on a wide array of labour and employment law matters including employee discipline, employment contracts, labour relations, grievances, and human rights issues. As part of her consulting practice, Gillian conducts workplace investigations and workplace assessments for public sector clients and private companies. Gillian began her legal career in Halifax practising family law and now maintains part of her current practice as an appointed Children’s Lawyer.
Gillian has a law degree from the Schulich School of Law (Dalhousie) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Acadia University. She is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gillian is an avid equestrian and golden retriever enthusiast.
