Grace Skowronski is Senior Counsel at Canada Post Corporation, where she advises on complex labour, employment, and human rights matters. Her practice focuses on providing strategic, solutions oriented advice on high impact workplace issues, including dispute and litigation management, human rights compliance, and broader corporate and transformation initiatives. Grace also provides in house training on labour and employment law, translating complex legal principles into practical guidance, and is actively involved in collective bargaining.

Prior to joining Canada Post, Grace practised labour and employment law in private practice and taught Contemporary Issues in Employment Law at the University of Ottawa’s Common Law Section. She has also completed the Association of Workplace Investigators’ Training Institute and a Certificate in Pension Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Grace holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts and Business from the University of Waterloo.
