Heather Cameron is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s employment and labour group.

Ms. Cameron practices in all areas of employment, labour, privacy and human rights in the federal and provincial jurisdictions. Ms. Cameron has extensive experience advising on best practices and protocols to ensure legislative compliance and minimize risk, including but not limited to employment standards, anti-harassment and anti-bullying, human rights, disability accommodation, and privacy. Ms. Cameron advises and represents employers in contract negotiations, wrongful and unjust dismissal suits, human rights proceedings, internal investigations, grievances, judicial review applications and proceedings in front of the Labour Board and Canada Industrial Relations Board. Ms. Cameron also works closely with Norton Rose Fulbright’s Corporate group on M&A transactions.
